Dashboard Overview

The SiliconWit.IO dashboard is your central hub for monitoring devices, viewing data, and managing your IoT deployment.

Accessing the Dashboard

1. Go to siliconwit.io/dashboard
2. Log in with your account credentials
3. You’ll land on your default dashboard view

Dashboard Layout

Navigation Sidebar

• Dashboard - Main overview and widgets
• Devices - Device management
• Data - Historical data explorer
• Alerts - Alert rules and history
• Settings - Account and preferences

Top Bar

• Search - Find devices quickly
• Notifications - Recent alerts and events
• Profile - Account settings and logout

Device Overview

The main dashboard shows:

Section	Description
Device Count	Total, online, and offline devices
Recent Activity	Latest data from your devices
Alerts	Active alerts requiring attention
Quick Stats	Key metrics at a glance

Device Status Indicators

Icon	Status	Meaning
🟢	Online	Actively sending data
🔴	Offline	No recent communication
⚪	Inactive	Never connected
⚠️	Alert	Has active alert condition

Viewing Device Data

Click on any device to see:

• Real-time Data - Live sensor values
• Charts - Historical trends
• Location - Map view (for GPS devices)
• Events - Recent activity log
• Settings - Device configuration

Time Range Selection

Filter data by time period:

• Last hour
• Last 24 hours
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days
• Custom range

Data Export

Export your data for analysis:

1. Select a device or group
2. Choose time range
3. Click Export
4. Select format (CSV, JSON, Excel)

Mobile Access

The dashboard is fully responsive. Access from any device:

• Smartphones
• Tablets
• Desktop browsers
